This app gives your supers a way to capture that from their phones, along with their weekly job updates. Your office reviews what comes in, handles change requests, and sends the GC a report with your branding. We built it around your rooms, your stages of work, and the information your team needs each week.

What could this be worth on your jobs?
Start with the extra work you're already doing. If you have five jobs running and one $500 change goes unbilled on each job in a month, that adds up to $2,500 a month, or $30,000 a year. Industry estimates put change orders at 5–10% of total job cost, with up to 40% of that value never billed.
That's an example. Use the calculator to see what it looks like with your numbers. There's also the office time spent collecting updates and putting the weekly report together — worth including when you decide whether the app makes sense. Once you're happy, it's $413 a month with founder pricing, billed annually ($550 list); one recovered change order covers it.

Questions your team will ask
Why not an off-the-shelf construction platform?
By all means look at them — then ask your supers after a week of each. Generic platforms are built for a generic contractor: their forms, their stages, their language, behind a login. This was built from how Uriu Nuance already runs jobs — the report your office already wants, in the shape your crews already work. You're not adapting your company to software; the software was made from your process.
How did you arrive at the price?
We use the same three plans for every customer, based on the work the app supports — not on how big your company is. Team ($200/mo): one kind of person does the work; everyone else just receives and responds. Company ($450/mo): two or more kinds of people do work in it — one submits, another reviews. Business ($900/mo): several linked processes with outside systems connected. Your supers submit and your office reviews, so this is a Company plan. The plans are printed and identical for every customer; the price only changes if you ask us to make the app bigger.
What does it mean to turn the app on?
Until you turn it on, the app is used by your team only. Turning it on means reports and links start going out to GCs and clients. Before then, we adjust everything about how the features listed under "What's in the build" work: wording, layout, the order of steps, what your supers see versus your office, the look of the GC report, and anything that's simply wrong. It doesn't include adding features that aren't on the list — that's a change to the plan, and we'll say so before doing it.
What if it doesn't pay for itself?
Then you won't be paying for it. The $500 kicks off the build; you use the finished app free until you're happy with how it works (up to 60 days); the subscription starts only then. The only thing at risk is the $500 and a few Fridays.
What does the platform fee cover?
Your own company dashboard, insights and recommendations across everything we build for you, and your photos, reports and client links kept live between jobs. It's one fee per company, no matter how many apps — a second app only adds its plan.
Who does the typing?
Nobody gets a new data-entry job. Supers tap a text-message link on Friday and slide each room's status; your office approves in one queue; the GC report generates itself.
What happens if we don't like the app?
Before the subscription starts, just let us know. You won't owe anything beyond the $500. On the annual plan, your subscription runs through the year you've paid for and you can choose not to renew. On the monthly plan, cancel any month.
